Went for another beach walk before lunch and had a bit of an adrenalin rush when I realized I needed to sprint back across the mud flats before I got cut off by the tide. Should have a nice case of 'lumpy knee' by tonight as I forgot to wear my knee brace Doh! ha ha :)
